To fit our prehung doorsets we use staple gun. The staples are corrugated steel and fix the frame to the sub frame. Here is an image of the gun used:
We also use a pin gun for fixing on the architraves and plinth block. This gun uses 0.9mm pins that can easily be covered by wax so that the fixing are not visible.
