They are 100% Solid wood, and made to ensure there is no movement or warping problems. All doors can be made and supplied prehung in their frames for easy installation and reduced carpentry costs. Solid Core with Veneer

Solid Core Veneer doors in this range are made from solid chipboard with a variety of high quality prefinished veneers and matching solid wood lippings on all 4 sides giving you an extremely high quality product. All doors can be ordered with matching prehung door sets. All the styles can be ordered in any veneer finish. All these doors can be made to special sizes up to maximum of 2400mm x 1000mm. All doors in this range are certified fire doors FD30. The doors are all prefinished in the factory as standard but can be ordered unfinished if required. The doors look and feel the same as a solid wood door but can cost upto 50% less. Some veneers look better than there solid vesions as a Solid Walnut Door would have a lot of Sapwood as the best cuts are kept for veneers so the finish of Walnut veneer doors is generally better. Bespoke Doors

We can manufacture almost any design you have with our range of custom joineries in Spain, France and the UK. We can create doors in almost any wood with a large range of finishes from unfinshed solid woods to stained veneers. One of our best finishes is the high gloss polyester finish which gives a piano like finish to the wood.

Prehung Doorsets

We are one of the largest suppliers of internal prehung doorsets. Pre-hung door sets are quicker and easier to fit than shooting in a door leaf. We can help you with technical specifications from the start of the job till the day the fitters leave the premises. Please view the videos. We also can supply Pivot Door systems in Pre-Hung Doors. The Vita Range comes with Magnetic Latches and Concealed Hinges. Using Pre-hung set makes it eaiser to fit Extra Wide Doors into Stud walls.

Solid Wood Flooring

SWD now supply the finest solid wood and parquet flooring avaliable in the UK all supplied and fitted to thew highest standards. The floors are available in a variety of patterns and finishes. Most of the flooring can be layed on underfloor heating systems.

External Doors

We Supply fully custom designed Front doors to extremely high standards. We can supply and fit to suit your opening and can include side lights. Please view the gallery with some examples of doors we have made. Bespoke External Doors can be made to order in as little as 4 weeks out of Solid Hardwood already pre-hung in the Frame.

Shutters

Our Solid Wood Shutters are made of Basswood which makes them a lot stronger than standard shutters. All Shutters are made to order for your specific openings.
