The requirement on this project was to supply 2.4M fire doors for a refurbishment project of an exclusive flat. The doors needed to be finished to match a dark stained oak floor from Element 7. Previously the client had needed to get these doors made at a joinery company which were 3 or 4 times the price of our solid core and veneer doors.
The doors are our model R109 and were made in oak veneer and sent over unfinished. Once the doors had been hunge and the locks and hinges been cut in, the doors were taken off site and stained to match the flooring sample we were supplied. The client was extremly happy with the result and commented that the doors we supplied were a fantastic alternative to those that she had previously specified and saved a significant amount of money.
